Triad Care nurse practitioners and physician assistants staff clinics at your location, with appointments and walk-in visits for employees, and dependents if you choose. We design, staff, and stock each clinic in collaboration with you.

Minor illnesses, including urinary tract infections, sinus infections, cough and cold symptoms, and minor cuts

Screening and monitoring, including blood pressure checks, weekly weigh-ins, and quarterly lab work

Disease management, with goal setting and therapy adjustments shared with the primary care provider

Minor skin conditions, including rashes, eczema, and poison ivy

Vaccinations

Preventive and follow-up lab testing

Prescribing (no controlled substances)

Optional medication dispensing (fees may apply)

How it works

Opening your clinic

Choose the space

We help you pick the best location: a clean, private room with running water that can be locked when the clinic is closed.

Stock the clinic

You get mandatory and optional supply lists. Buy items directly, or we purchase everything and invoice you.

Site visit

We complete a site visit and set up all required professional and clinical documentation before the first patient is seen.

Open

Clinics run at least one day a week for four or more consecutive hours, with online scheduling coordinated by Triad Care.
