I wanted to re-schedule an appointment I have scheduled with you on Thursday, Oct 18 at 8:30 am. I will be on vacation that week. But I also want to let you know that I have lost 8 pounds and when I meet with you I’m hoping it will be 10 or more. I want you to know that I took everything you said very seriously and I want you to know I am trying very hard for my own health to improve my weight so I can be much healthier and to feel much better also.
